In the Dvapara Yuga, as a hindu deity, Lord Krishna was adorned with an elaborate crown and heavy jewellery.
In earlier times, a mukut used to define royalty, and the one who wore it beamed with pride. Ablaze with its Avyay jewellery,

The refined work and unique technique of theva has been used in this design. A work like glass theva with carved figures of “Krishna” add as a hallmark of this jewellery. The softened feather-like texture given on the top of the product is precisely established.

Serpents are portrayed very differently around the world and throughout time. Snakes were seen as evil, dangerous, and corrupt by some, and by others recognized as the symbol of fertility, rebirth, healing, and guardianship. This duality captures the essence of life in the best way and makes snakes a popular subject in art and design. Consequently, serpents became a symbol of timeless motifs. This can accentuate the sensuality and glamour of the wearer.
Two things in modern history that heavily contributed to the international recognition for the snake designs were; firstly, the seductive serpentine collection of Bulgari, which first started producing in the 1940s. Secondly, the engagement ring given by Prince Albert to Queen Victoria started a trend that continues to this day. You can find the recollection of that time in our new headgear design, too. The ring was encrusted with the rubies in place of eyes. A similar feature can also be found in our tiara which is used to give it a more natural and lively look.
The tiara embodies the grandeur in its design. This spans from delicate design to skilled craftsmanship.
The tiara is made from one single hollow pipe which represents the “circle of life”, a theme especially attached to snakes. Stones like Smoky quartz, Labra, Red onyx, Emerald, and Ruby are used in the making of the tiara, which captures the royal and exclusive presence within the piece. There is two-tone plating which is quite difficult to be handcrafted, but with our expertise, this piece was able to be displayed in the National Jewelry contest.
